Visitors to Indianartcircle.com may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works, transmit, or in any way exploit any content on the website, nor may you distribute any part of this content, sell or offer it for sale, or use such content to construct any kind of database.

While enough care has been taken to check authenticity of information displayed in the site, Arts Indian Atelier, the parent organisation, does not in any way guarantee or vouch for the accuracy of the information provided.

As a condition of your use of the website, you warrant to Indian Art Circle that you will not use the site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the sites.

Disputes if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Punjab & Haryana or Delhi High Court.

Please allow 4-6 weeks of delivery for all contemporary art works as well as handicrafts and other traditional artifacts.

Every time a customer orders more than one artifacts together, the shipping charges can be greatly reduced if the items can be packaged together depending on their size, shape, delicacy etc. In such orders, we allow you to place an unconfirmed order. Then we calculate and mail the customized shipping charges to you. If the new cost appeals to you, you can confirm your order.

The automatic shipping calculator is programmed to give the shipping charges of unframed paintings - to save on shipping costs, and for the safety of the works in transit. The customer is welcome however to ask us about the shipping cost of framed artwork.

Extreme care is taken in the packaging of artifacts, so that they should reach the customer safely. Insurance is not covered by IAC. Insurance or Marine Insurance if required by the customer, has to be borne by the customer.

For damages in artifacts, if found to be existent before shipping, Indian Art Circle offers a 100% refund of the price of the item mailed back to us (exclusive of shipping charges).

Prices:

Prices of several sections like Contemporary art, Gem stones, silverware etc., are subject to market compulsions, and likely to be changed / hiked without prior intimation. At the time of accepting orders, the new prices (if updated) will be informed to the customer, and he/she will be offered the choice to proceed with the order, based on the updates.
